JJ55 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1 General & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to your access and use of the JJ55 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting services, account features, promotions, and any other services made available through the JJ55 website. 3 Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on JJ55. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Before your account can process withdrawals, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and may include a proof of address document. JJ55 uses KYC verification to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect players from unauthorised account access.

• Accepted government-issued IDs include Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, and UMID card.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

7 Account Suspension & Closure

JJ55 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of platform systems.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, JJ55 will review the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If the account is found to be in good standing, it will be reinstated. Where closure is confirmed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing checks.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JJ55 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible referral to relevant authorities:
